Micro-needling

Micro-needling is a technique that involves the use of fine needles to create microscopic punctures in the skin. These tiny contact sites stimulate the body's wound healing response and cell renewal. As your skin heals, it stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin, providing an almost instant plumping effect. Additionally, it may aid in the treatment of various forms of skin damage such as scarring, black markings, sun damage, and ageing. The decreased intensity results in less downtime than a more intense treatment, while still attaining a young appearance.

Micro-needling:

      ·       Reduces the number of open pores

      ·       Reduces the depth of scarring

      ·       Scars' pigmentation should be lightened

      ·       Skin rejuvenation and nourishment

      ·       Increases collagen and elastin production

      ·       Enhance the tone and suppleness of the skin

      ·       Lifting of the skin

      ·       Reduces the depth and extent of wrinkles and fine lines

      ·       Enhances hydration

      ·       Produces skin that appears more young, fresh, and healthy

What is a Micro-needling?

Dermapen is an electronic device that utilises a tiny needle depth to rejuvenate the top layers of the skin. Dermapen's innovative electronic mechanism enables the practitioner to precisely adjust treatment intensity, customising the therapy to your specific requirements. Additionally, a solution comprising hyaluronic acid, minerals, vitamins, and peptides is administered to the skin. These stimulate cell growth, thus enhancing the shape and suppleness of the skin.

How does the Micro-needling procedure work?

The Dermapen comes with a single-use needle tip that includes about twelve tiny needles. The needle oscillates rapidly, at about 110 revolutions per second. As the needles make contact with the skin's surface, they create minute punctures. This results in mild trauma, which triggers an immune response and results in the formation of new, healthy collagen. Through the punctures, topical nutrients are also delivered into the deep layer of the skin. Dermal tearing is not a side effect of the Dermapen. This therapy stimulates the skin's inherent renewing ability. This is a mild technique that enables the body to naturally begin self-repairing immediately after the controlled needling/micro-injuries to the skin. A fresh collagen production or mixing process will be initiated. On a microcosmic scale, old and damaged skin tissue starts to disintegrate and is replaced by young cells. We have discovered that this therapy is very successful and popular. This is because customers choose a technique of rejuvenation that causes much less epidermal damage than alternatives.

How can Dermapen help with rejuvenation?

This is a multi-functional skin treatment that utilises numerous fine needles to enter the skin softly, leaving it firmer, smoother, and younger looking. This procedure has been shown to be effective and is most often used for rejuvenation. Scarring, enlarged pores, lines and wrinkles, loose and non-elastic skin, eye bags, UV damage, and age spots may all be improved with this treatment.
