Most commonly found on the eyelids, xanthelasmas are cholesterol deposits in the skin. 50% of the time, xanthelasmas are caused by high cholesterol levels in the blood. Xanthelasmas can be flat or raised, symmetrical and yellow in appearance. They can be treated with TCA (tricholoracetic acid) or by surgical excision with local freezing or Plasma technology and electrosurgical devices.
Our mission is to provide a sanctuary of harmony and healing where people can come to rejuvenate physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
